Refund not even processed

I ordered a chain from Takealot, upon receiving it I saw that this was not how the image looked when I bought it. So I sent it back the same day on the 4th of May awaiting the value of that product to reflect back into my account.

Two days after they told me that my refund has been successfully verified but still no payment received. It had been more than a week now and I've called them two times asking why my refund ammount has not been sent yet. Surprisingly, the time when I called the 8th, 4 days after confirmation, the agent told me my money was not even processed. I was shocked to hear that. The agent sent in the request for the finance team to process it.

It's the 13th of May today and I've called again but still finance team has done nothing about it. If this is the service that I receive I wouldn't order anything expensive on there because what if there is a defect which wasn't your fault and when you send it back, you'll receive such service with your money not coming back.
