Refund not deposited

I requested a refund on 06/10/2023 and was told money will be deposited between 3 to 5 business days but till today my money is not deposited. Their email return as unsent and their help center doesn't have an option to assist with refund. This is a bad experience that I ever received because I have been shopping with them for years.
