Refund not credited after waiting for a month and 6 days, poor client service

Haven't received my refund for an incorrect item they delivered in January, I've been calling for the past few weeks and getting stories. I called 4 times today, the phone was dropped in my ear. The 4th time I asked straight for the manager but was informed he would call me back of which I refused and insisted on waiting for him because I never receive any call after I enquire yet they always promise to call me back. My call was cut after an incident at work but guess what? Still no call from the manager or Takealot as a whole. What a poor service
