Refund not being processed

I ordered a few items. One of the items was never delivered with the rest of the items on 4 December 2022. Since then I have been struggling with a cash refund as I paid cash on delivery. They now want to provide me with credit. I want a cash refund not credit. Absolutely poor service for a company who think they strive on good customer service.
