Refund nightmare.

I always buy from Takealot but there service is getting worse. I ordered 50 A4 photo paper and a Canon small photo paper. I got a box of cutlery instead.I return it and only got a refunded part of my money. Because they want me to return the two items i never received.After service sucks.
