Refund Never Paid Out

I bought and paid for a ring light, it was cancelled due to no stock available, I had credit of R1100 at Takealot.com. I then bought and paid for an Xbox 1 with my credit card, my credit balance of R1100 was used so I was charged the balance of R4799, my order no. is ***7, but again my order was cancelled due to no stock available, I opted for a refund of my money back to my credit card. I promptly received the R1100 on the 20th June 2020. The outstanding amount of R4799 was never refunded. However my Takealot.com account reflects that the R4799 was paid with Refund log no. 598715 but this amount has not reflected in my account. Despite many attempts to reach out to get my money back, I am being ignored. I have been a very good customer of Takealot.com and I am very dissappointed.
