REFUND MY MONEY TAKEALOT

I have never had a problem with Takealot and returning goods bought but this year I returned three suitcases bought because the zips were flimsy and the cases wouldn't close. The courier person took photos of the suitcases after I unwrapped it from the plastic. He wheeled it out of my complex. I now received an email from the Takealot team that they won't accept it because it's been used because of the wheels being dirty and scratches on the suitcase. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS BECAUSE I HAVEN'T USED THESE SUITCASES! Check with the courier person and his photos before you tell me I used the suitcases. If this is not sorted you will lose a loyal customer Takealot!
