REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company to request a refund from. It has been a nightmarish experience. I logged a refund on the 29th of January 2024 and even after multiple follow ups and contacting returns department as well as customer service. Spoken to 4+ personnel I still don't have my money. All they have done so far is credit one item from my order. I don't know where the rest of my order went to as I cancelled the full order of R1963.00. Company is happy to deduct your payment when you pay for an order but don't want to pay back your money when you cancel an order. It is the worst. I am starting to purchase from their competitors from now on.
