Refund money not forthcoming for more than a month.

I returned 6 items to Takealot in October. All six shows as credited on my Takealot account but I have only received the money for 2 of them in my bank account. I have written about the other refunds numerously on their website and haven't received a single communication from them. They owe me R4,237!

Please can someone sort this out!
