REFUND ME - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I asked Monica B to escalate my matter as I would like to speak to somebody senior. She refused multiple times. I would like to speak to a manager who can assist me with cancelling my trial period and refunding me - as I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. Every other site that this has happened with globally has refunded me and others when gone over the date - and can see the sub has not been used. I received NO REMINDER TO REMIND ME TO CANCEL THE TRIAL PERIOD. I have NEVER used this. I do NOT NEED IT.

Is this the desparation of a company like Takealot.com - to take R99 from people and then not refund it when asked?
