Refund me damn it. Why should I fight to get my money back?

Disgusting service, since I ordered on the 25th of November '19, I still do not have the phones I bought. I damn asked for a refund and they have only credited my account with half of what I need refunded. Takealot staff are useless, therefore the service is pathetic. I regret making this ****ing purchase. My kids have no phones to this day. It has been over a ******* month. They only refunded half of the amount on the 26th of Dec '19. What the hell do I ****ing tell the kids? Huh? Refund my money, you idiots.
