REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY TAKE A LOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Huawei p40 lite from take a lot, found that the phone was not working properly, i requested for the phone to be returned and my money refunded back to me ,it was collect by take a lot on the 02.04.2024 and on the 03.04.2024 at 15H09 pm got a email from Tumiso.l from take a lot advised that the earphone were missing from the box, rep**** back to him to advised that the earphone where in the box and never taken out as the phone was not even used for more than 2 days. when i got no reply from them i called and spoke to Sinovuyo who advised that she is escalating my query and i should get feedback in 24 hours , she also emailed me to this regards. i have also spoke to Olwetu.N on the 06.04.2024, Somila.G on the 08.04.2024 and Tersia.N on the 10.04.2024 and still no reply on when will i be refunded back my money. poor services from Take a lot and the customer care team is not helpful at all
