Refund me back

Package that’s been paid for missing for 1 month 19 days everytime I contact them they are escalating contacted their 3rd party they said the parcel was delivered on the 28th of May 2024 the missing items I work from home I’m home 24/7 nobody came to drop off any package 1 item was dropped on the 7th on May the missing items are marked as delivered on that note they don’t want to refund me.
