refund issues

<p>hi guys, i have been really struggling these days with your customer support, i have no idea whatsoever you guys not upto the state where you use to be, i had return few orders out of them one of the item credit is not refunded to my account on 25th nov it says refunded but i havent received anything to my account, i am kind of confused whats happening, i even requested the guys to call me if possible, but you know no body cared to call me or explain me any of the information. please dont let down the customer so badly it might imapct your business going forward.</p>
