REFUND ISSUE ! TAKEALOT is this *****ing ?

Good day I have contacted the office the Takealot customer service office sine 9 May 2023 and sent an email communication since 15 May 2023 and NOBODY can resolve my refund issue. I have been in email conversation with Ashieka P, Silakhile L, Zaahira A and Daanyaal A and NOBODY can resolved my refund issue. THIS IS THE MOST PUTRID SERVICE I have ever gotten from Takealot! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO RESOLVE MY REFUND. I WANT MY REFUND PLESE. It does not matter the amount, its the principle of the communication feedback and resolution!
