REFUND ISSUE

I am speechless with the incompetence of the agents. I am trying for the last 3 WEEKS to get refunded for items not received, as well as a shortfall on a previous refund. I dont know what to do anymore. Everytime there is a new agent that replies to my emails and then I have to start all over again explaining. Pathetic client service.
