Refund in installments

I've cancelled the order, my issue is the refunded amount. Kindly explain to me how the calculations were done that it will amount to R84 rand. I've spent R364 in total. EFT of R159 and my credited voucher of R205 of which the supplier was out of stock and my order was cancelled. I will gladly wait for your response. I've been experiencing problems with you please be competent.

Now, R205 voucher was paid back into my account after a lengthy inquiry. I still have R76 outstanding. I don't know why they a paying my money in instalments and I need to enquire again about the R76 rand. How they are doing their calculations or is this the way of benefitting from customers. I am so disappointed with takealot
