Refund from takealot.

On the 11th of April 2026, I made an error in billing of R99 on the Takealot delivery subscription service. I checked what my options were before reversing my money. It is written that when reversing the payment without using the service, I am entitled to my full refund, even if I am still waiting for my payment. Today I was using their services again, but my payment was not going through. I was charged R39 for a recurring card purchase. Why should I be charged for something that is not my fault? I want my money back. I work hard for my money just to be taken like that for nothing. If this continues, I will no longer use their services. Please help me get my money back.
