Refund from takealot

March 2024 I purchased Apple Watch worth R6,399(SE GPS Aluminum case with sport band 40mm)2023 storm blue.I opened the watch in April on my birthday to connect with my phone.always when I’m wearing a watch at gym from 100 percent betry watch will just switch off.then I decided to return the watch packed everything the way it came asking for refund.watch was declined at first because of find my watch activation.instead of courier return watch back to me to deactivate find my watch he brought a wrong product.I called Takealot again within an hour courier guy came and I deactivated the watch and gave it back to him.it took them month to tell me there’s a missing x1 strap I kept phoning them explaining myself .last week they returned watch on Wednesday September with no straps x2 straps r missing.after I told them I want my refund.i have all emails with me I would like to forward my communications with Takealot.this watch has 7 months being hold by takelaot .they expect me to use problem watch that I purchased with full amount no straps
