Refund from take a lot.

I ordered 2 watch straps ,it was the wrong once,. I send it back,it was one box as I receive it,. Take a lot refund me only R169,. While it was 2 straps,R338,.I phone them ,us about R60 of airtime.they promise me they would sort it out,. But nothing so I must loose now R169. Ref mrrn bzvyg ekp9 ,.not even feed back,.
