Refund for the good I purchased

Before the lockdown, I bought 12 items from takealot. com and had already paid R1292. 00 using my account. The order was canceled, I didn't know it was canceled, I noticed it when I was tracking the order that they cancel. I am not happy because they didn't let me know and they haven't given me a refund and it been 2 weeks. I sent them an online query three times already and no response. I would like for them to give me the refund asap:)
