Refund for order they cancelled

I ordered dogs hair clippers. They were quite happy to take my money but then decided they were out of stock and cancelled my order. They have passed a credit. I have since ordered from another company who warned me that I would have to wait until after lockdown for delivery. I cannot contact Takealot. They no longer use their email account and are not answering their contact no. I do NOT want a credit and would like refund but there is NO way to contact this company. I'm not happy
