Refund

We bought a Hikvision 8 piece camera set on 29 July 2024 which worked perfectly until in November when the hard-drive stopped recording.

We sent the product back to Takealot in November 2024 and TO DATE we have not received feedback on either a replacement or a refund!!! It is absolutely useless to try and get a hold of someone at Takealot because the only reply you get is "we will respond within 24-48 hours" and this NEVER happens

I have escalated the matter to a more senior member in the team and even he cannot reply to my emails or provide me with feedback!

This is really such a bad experience and I have never experienced this with Takealot before.

We are going on 3 months now and we are still without cameras around our house!! You are putting me and my family at risk!

This is unacceptable!!!
