Refund excluded delivery and credit given instead of refund.

I ordered a treadmill (order #***6) on 29/06 at a cost of R9995.00 plus R400 delivery. On 05/07 an exercise bench was delivered instead of the treadmill - a return was logged immediately. 06/07 the item was collected from me and I was informed that no treadmill stick was available. I requested a refund of the treadmill and the delivery fee - I am not paying for an item I have not received. The other 2 items I ordered on the same order exceed the free delivery value and the delivery is for the heavy item which I did not receive. 12/7 after querying why I have not yet received the refund for the treadmill and the delivery fee, Within a few minutes received an email advising my Takealot account has been credited. 1. There is nobody to escalate to 2. I requested a refund and not a credit but received a credit to my Takealot account - why????? 3. I have not been refunded for the delivery fee for an item I did not receive. 4. I am now out of pocket with R10 395.00 and this is totally unacceptable. 4.
