Refund

I bought two items from them which was an Airfryer and Kettle, they were delays on 2 consecutive days and that led me to cancel the whole process, I wrote them that I want a refund as I canceled the whole order, until today I have not received my refund, this is very unprofessional of them, and they stopped communicating via emails I am very disappointed at Takealot.com
