Refund

Takealot was very fast to approve a refund for an item returned. (13th Sept) I requested the funds to be credited back into my account. I've been following up with them after the 7-10 days and keep on hearing that they have escalated my request and that I will be contacted - STILL waiting for both the call and the funds. Nobody can provide an answer as to what the hold-up or problem is and I'm really finding out that the customer service is really not that great!!!
