Refund Dispute

Takealot is absolutely pathetic!!! I placed an order on the 24th of November 2025 and the cost of the order, was taken out of my bank account TWICE! When I informed them, I was told the financial department is working on my enquiry. On the 25th of November, my refund was made out to be credit (not what I asked for) and then immediately removed again from my credit and labeled "Refund". I was then inform via email that my refund will be processed in 3-5 working days and appear in my bank account. On the 1st of December 2025, I wanted an update as no refund was ever placed back into my bank account. Today, 2nd of December 2025, they said that I already received my refund which is an absolute lie!!! I sent them prove that I, in fact, have not received it and then they said it is as an credit upload NOW (which it was not!!!) and I should inform them if I want it as a refund. WHAT WAS THE DAMN POINT OF MY PREVIOUS EMAILS?! I am not gonna let this go because they are messing with my money now
