Refund delay more than a week of explaining over and over the situatio, with no effective help at all from the help portal..

Nobody at the " help " portal seems to grasp the fact that the 2 sets of defective led flickers to the Amount of R498, were collected and that the return shows concluded on my return profile. But my takealot account was not credited with R498.

1. Return logged 2. Collection scheduled. 3. Collected. 4. Return concluded.

After numerous attempts via 7 emails and tried phoning, to explain this, even sending screen shots to show them their mistake, I still don't have the R498 refund!!!! more than a week later. This is ridiculous, the product has a 6 months warranty. I received it November 2022. The reply I got, the return was declined because it's more than 30 days that I received the product. The irony, the whole default return process were completed, so now I don't have the defective product or the money that I paid for it.
