Refund declined but takealot kept the products and my money

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with takealot. I returned 2 products that didn't fit in my bathroom and dropped them off at the Weltevredenpark collection point. I received an email stating that the products have been received and that I will be contacted once the return is processed but to date I have not been contacted. However, on the takealot app it shows the return was declined. I find it disgusting that takealot kept the products and my money. I should at least get the products back if I'm not going to be refunded or else it's theft. I wasn't even told why my return was declined. Takealot cannot just keep the products, this is unacceptable and theft. I will take legal action purely out of principle if those products are not returned to me since they are rightfully mine because I paid for them and didn't receive a refund.
