Refund

Takealot refused to refund me because of a charging cable for a pair of wireless earphones it took them about 2 weeks to come collect after i had to log a second return another week for them to tell me the outcome after i had to call them a number of times and now i have been waiting for almost a week for the items and no one has communicated anything i haven't even had this second pair for 6 months even and it stopped playing i want my money back
