Refund ******

I purchased a laptop 4th match and returned it the 9th March as I was unhappy with the product after which I saw a note the 16th of missing accessories. I called takealot and was advised they. Need the password. Password was shared same day but a week later it was declined. When I called in again I was informed the product was declined due to password I have followed up every morning since and still no feedback on my refund.
