REFUND

I purchased a TV from Takealot JUNE 2022 paid for by NEDBANK LOAN that was available as a payment option on TAKEALOT website at the time. I RETURNED the TV to TAKEALOT JUNE 2022 (few days after purchase) to CREDIT my TAKEALOT account. TAKEALOT processed the return and CREDITED/REFUNDED NEDBANK DIRECTLY for the LOAN AMOUNT of R16 999.00. Since June I have been battling to obtain adequate info from TAKEALOT for NEDBANK to trace the payment and to close the loan account. TAKEALOT expect me to sort this out with NEDBANK, TAKEALOT is NOT very supportive to get the matter resolved, we have been going in circles since JUNE.
