Refund

Item was paid but then cxd. Awaited refund. After various follow ups I found they had refunded into an unknown bank acc - after being told they refund back into the acc from which payment was made and after providing my bank details. I'm still battling to get my refund. I've phoned 3 times but all I get is promises to look into it and to phone me back. Nobody has yet phoned me back. Absolute pathetic when it comes to being refunded.
