Refund

I bought a combo online from Takealot, when I went to collect it from their pickup point I discovered that there were items missing as per adverti*****t. I have requested for a refund as they have told me that they won't be able to replace the missing items. I have been waiting for my refund since last week, please assist. The reference number is MRRN-FM9****BWG.
