Refund and returns poor

Poor service. I have been buying for years but this year has been so bad with poor service and delays and rescheduling deliveries on short notice. Two returns given in at a "pickup point" only one I received updated and closed, yet no refund. I have phoned and emailed several times. Still no communication. This was the last time I buy anything from them... Another business run into the ground with poor service levels.
