Refund and complaints

Good evening, Complaint regarding takealot and their return policy's I place an order with takealot for an house phone unfortunately it was an extender and not a house phone . I requested for an exchange or refund on the 11th April 2024 item was collected 15 April 2024 right until date I've not received a refund from takealot which is purely frustrating cause payment was made immediately when item was purchased. The item was bought for an 80 year old person who lives alone it's extremely hard to get in contact with the person and takealot is taking weeks to refund me which is completely unacceptable Order Number : #*** RETURN : MRRN-SV9PQ-GXQJ Please do give me feedback Kind regards MISS GOVENDER
