REFUND

I ordered a phone worth R2395 off of my boyfriend's phone and returned it as he ordered thw wrong one. Now i have R2395 "credit from takealot" this is pathetic and unacceptable!!!! I don't want credit, i want my money back. This is A LOT OF MONEY. As a customer i should have the right to choose whether i want credit or a refund. I want a refund. My family and i spend thousands on takealot, even before the lockdown. I used ti have mt brother order on behalf of me on his account and recently my boyfriend and i created our own accounts. But i won't stand for this. R2395 IS A LOT OF MONEY.
