Refund *****

I have been trying to get a hold of a consultant for the past few weeks I call every day and hold for more than 10 minutes with the hopes that someone will Pick up but no it does not happen. I need my refund to be credited into the account I purchased from take a lot and they have not credited anything back to me and I returned the item bought in good condition.
