Refund

Purchased a children's trolley bag in August. Quality of the bag was appealing therefore requested for an exchange not a refund due to my loyalty to Takealot.com. Received the item and thereafter school closed for 2 weeks (so not use off the bag) however when my daughter did make use of the new bag. Same thing transpired and therefore I required a refund. The bag was assigned and since I requested a refund (FYI the bag clearly states there is a 6 monthly warranty in place) unfortunately my refund was denied due to the assignment reflecting to deficiency. I dealt with a consultant who was such unhelpful and instead of assisting me. Refused point blank on assisting. So I have a bag with a 6 months warranty and can not received this policy www.takealot.com #disappointedservice
