Refund

I ordered a jewelry set for my wedding which was on the 16/12/2023. It showed I would get it on the 13/12/2023 than the date changed to the 15/2023 than it changed to the 22/2023 of which i than had to go somewhere else to get jewelry. I returned the product and was told i would get a refund in 3 working days. Ive been requesting for a refund since the 23/12/2023 but it keeps getting declined by the financial service provider. Yesterday i received an email Rezinah.P from takealot requesting for banking details but today i got again an email that my refund was declined by the financial service provider with no valid reason why. What do I need to do to get my refund coz i dont want to buy anything from takealot?
