Refund

I have placed a order with takealot, so they said that then no stock I have asked to refund my money so they said OK they have put in the money but took it out this is happing from from the 7th of August when I showed proof of the money not in my account and as being call but all I get is that the money is in but no 1 calls or telling me nothing only sending emails the money is in when I call to say no its not in still nthing is happening. Very very poor service from takealot its being 2 weeks n still as not refund my money back
