Refund

I have ordered microwave and a perfume both cost R1570.00 so I've canceled the microwave because the size was too small for me, the order was collected and email was sent that they have received the package, but they did not pay my money back since the 17th April 2025, I've been sending them email regarding my refund they've been doing a follow up until today, what a poor service.
