Refund

I have not been refunded for Order #*** item was returned and my account says Account credited on the 7 May 2025 but no funds as ever credited. I have called the call Centre on the same day and told me they will get back to me and today is 12 May and no one has attempted to get back to me. I just my refund so that I can be done with you. Return #2 Order #*** Teh 2 Items that was returned was R149 each I was only refunded R188. Consultant I spoke to could not even tell me why that is. not sure what kinda people work there because they know nothing and not helpful at all. Please refund my money
