REFUND

I received my parcel last week Tuesday and logged return on same day, they have been rescheduling until I called yesterday to find out about the delay only to find out that my return log has been cancelled on their side but i Received the the help my log return was logged again to my surprise they have rescheduled my return again can I please get assistance with them collecting their staff and deposit back my money back to my account.
