Refund

My name is Mercy Manqelh, I bought shoes from takealot in July, I had to return them due to size issue, I have fully paid for the item but since this day I haven't received my refund, I called them they promised to refund but am still waiting, I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my money, bad service ever
