Refund

Take a lot claims delivered a product but i didn't get it & refuses to refund me R1 329 after many attempts to prove that i didn't receive the product,i purchased via payflex.The communique' with payflex is the product was delivered to me but on my app and with them they sat they refunded i'm so frustrated as this is a lot of money,take a lot & payflex are a *****.
