refund

<p>ordered items on the 2nd May and saw delivery date for the 18th May...much longer than exspected, I queried and they told me one of my items was out of stock, I requested they cancel the one item...almost a weeke later still no delivery and was told it is with a courier. I cancelled the order because really? bad service,,,,bearing in mind that the items never reached my door I find myself fighting for my refund as it stands my order is still with the courier!!!...after daily emails and a call</p>
