Refund

I've had a bad experience with the Takealot team due to a return request that I have made for 2 books which I no longer needed.i have returned the 2 books on the 19th of February and only received a refund for 1 book,after countless emails to their returns Department,my issue is yet to be resolved.im so disappointed with the service that I received from takealot.i vowed never to buy anything from takealot in the future
