Refund

My name is Thembelihle Mnamathi I’ve purchased a laptop at takealot worth R4100 and I wasn’t happy with it and the quality of it it’s not worth the amount I’ve purchased with , I then returned it waiting to be refunded, mind you I haven’t used it at all but o received an email telling me that I can’t be refunded, like how and why cause as a customer I have a right to return something if I’m not happy with it , I’m requesting my money back , I’m not even happy with how they responded to me regarding the why they not refunding me .. takealot disappointed me this time
