Refund

I am waiting for my refund for a purchase I cancelled and I am told I have to wait for 4 working days, that is very wrong. I need the Item today, that why I cancelled. Can you please review your own internal controls, coz, what makes you think I will still need the same product 4 days later, I am disappointed.
